For reasons of hygiene, underwear and nightwear cannot be exchanged or returned

In the unlikely cases of a defect or damage during transport, I am always ready to replace the ordered product.

​

You can only replace unused and clean goods, intact and with original packaging. Exchanges are accepted within 5 working days of receiving the package and must be sent by courier. The delivery costs are charged to the customer. The product must be replaced, unless otherwise agreed, with the same item of the same model, size and color.

In no way will they be accepted for replacement:

• Worn and / or washed products;

• Products without original packaging;

• Products damaged by the customer or that have undergone modifications of any kind;

• Products returned by the customer cash on delivery or freight collect.
